Organized At Last!, LLC provides organizing services for homes and small businesses. It is owned and operated by Yasmin Goodman, serving clients in the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area as well as virtually with clients anywhere.

The content on this website, in mailings, emailings, and in any Organized At Last!, LLC in person and online programs is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. It is based on experience of working with hundreds of people one-on-one since 2003 and is the culmination of 20+ years of personal and professional experience applying organization, productivity, and systems customized to the individual’s needs in homes and small businesses.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality and privacy are crucial to the foundation of a good working relationship. All aspects of any professional relationship with Organized At Last!, LLC will be kept completely confidential. As a long-standing member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) as well as the Greater Philadelphia Chapter (NAPO-GPC), Organized At Last!, LLC is also governed by the Code of Ethics (COE) of these organizations. Specifically stated in the COE:

I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal, including that which may be revealed by other professional organizers and productivity consultants.

Privacy - Photographs
Organized At Last!, LLC may take photos when working on a project, however, it will always be with the individual’s permission. Photographs can be helpful to note accomplishments, reminders, milestones achieved, and the training of other family members, as an example. Photos taken will never be used by Organized At Last!, LLC on its website or in a training video without the client’s permission and if used, any identifying information such as names and addresses will never be included.
Data Collection
Organized At Last!, LLC will never sell, rent, or trade any client’s personal information to any third-party company or organization. Information collected may include your name, email address, and or responses to intake forms or notes from a working session or phone conversation. Any information gathered is only used to provide services to the client such as email communications and resource information. It may also be used to hone the services Organized At Last!, LLC provides.

The website content is there to introduce and advertise the services of Organized At Last!, LLC. The resource section offers links to program videos, vendors, suggested reading materials, and client forms. Links to third-party websites are included for suggestions, information and convenience. Organized At Last!, LLC is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of this site and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and or vendors.

Note – As a long standing member of NAPO, I, Yasmin Goodman, owner of Organized At Last!, LLC, am required to honor and follow NAPO’s Code of Ethics as outlined below:
The NAPO Code of Ethics is a set of principles that guides our professional conduct with our clients and colleagues. Members of NAPO pledge to exercise judgment, self-restraint, and conscience in their conduct in order to establish and maintain public confidence in the integrity of NAPO members and to preserve and encourage fair and equitable practices among all who are engaged in our profession.
Clients
Working Relationships
I will serve my clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, and will treat them with respect and courtesy.
I will offer services in those areas in which I am qualified and will accurately represent those qualifications in both verbal and written communications.
When unable or unqualified to fulfill requests for services, I will make every effort to recommend the services of other qualified professional organizers, productivity consultants and/or other qualified professionals.
I will advertise my services in an honest manner and will represent the organizing and productivity profession accurately.
Confidentiality
I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal, including that which may be revealed by other professional organizers and productivity consultants.
I will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.
I will keep client information confidential and not use it to benefit myself or my firm, or reveal this information to others.
Fees
I will decide independently and communicate to my client in advance my fees and expenses, and will charge fees and expenses which I deem reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with my experience, the services I deliver, and the responsibility I accept.
I will make recommendations for products and services with my client's best interests in mind.
Colleagues
I will seek and maintain an equitable, honorable, and cooperative association with other NAPO members and will treat them with respect and courtesy.
I will respect the intellectual property rights (materials, titles, and thematic creations) of my colleagues, and other firms and individuals, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
I will act and speak on a high professional level so as not to bring discredit to the organizing and productivity profession.
