Even if distance and time may limit your direct participations, you can still play a critical role from afar by celebrating their accomplishments during the sorting and packing process. My experience and sensitivity in working with older adults can make these transitions smoother and easier for everyone.

I have extensive experience in planning and managing large events. For 8 years I managed educational programs with anywhere from 100 to 800 participants. The formats included 3 hour seminars and 1 to 6 day workshops or company conferences.

From the start of the event until its conclusion, I managed the facility, participant concerns, the visiting workshop leader’s needs, all while working with volunteers, paid staff and or union workers to create a flawless event for the guest. As a result of this experience, I provide a wide range of management and organizational services, a skilled ear to ascertain what is needed and a collaborative style that ensures your event is a success.
