I have extensive experience in planning and managing large events. For 8 years I managed educational programs with anywhere from 100 to 800 participants. The formats included 3 hour seminars and 1 to 6 day workshops or company conferences.

 

From the start of the event until its conclusion, I managed the facility, participant concerns, the visiting workshop leader’s needs, all while working with volunteers, paid staff and or union workers to create a flawless event for the guests. As a result of this experience, I provide a wide range of management and organizational services, a skilled ear to ascertain what is needed and a collaborative style that ensures your event is a success.

For your event or party, I can either help organize the details during the planning phase, and or pickup where you and an event/party planner leave off and be your “Day-of Coordinator” so you can relax and enjoy your affair.
